1NOT VERY GOOD
By attik
In some way I feel I've been scammed. The product does what it says it does--extra battery power,
however, the cheap usage of poorly made plastics is deceiving and the horrific customer service
is criminal.

Yes, the PhoneSuit holds a charge of up to 8-hours additional hours, however, the case itself is
poorly made with cheap plastics, bad seam gluing, and generally poor craftsmanship.
In my opinion (below,) not worth the price.

Additionally, the customer service for PhoneSuit is appalling. I pre-ordered a PhoneSuit in early
June 2011, and didn't receive it until the end of July (nearly a month after its release.)
I called the customer service number: HINT: Nobody is on the other end, you're left waiting
for up to an hour (precious battery time,) and then a message instructs you to "leave a message",
don't bother, they'll never call you back. You can email them, but the same person will always
get back to you, which is sort of reassuring, but then again, it seems this is a one-man
operation out of a dumpy apartment in Tijuana.

Bottom line, after less than a month of having this product, it has developed cracks in the
seams and around the on/off switch. Since I am a few days past the "1-month return period,"
I must now pay (out-of-pocket,) shipping costs to and from for a replacement (this will cost
upwards of about $20-$30 round-trip,) and they said it's likely they will not replace it
because "it's damaged": This is how you treat your customers? This is customer service?
Of course it's damaged, the PhoneSuit product is poorly made (like building a brick house
with no cement.)

To the people of PhoneSuit, you should follow the GREAT customer service of the following
companies: Apple, Canon, Nikon, SageMax, LaCie, and DeWalt to name a few.
Treating your customers like trash isn't the way to build a great company and/or service.

5Primo Power Core is all you'll need!
By pragmaticpal
I use this battery with my Samsung Galaxy Tab which I felt I could only use sparingly before because the native battery is so small, but now with the Primo Power Core, I can use my Tablet liberally without worrying about running out of juice by the end of the work day. I can keep my Tablet turned on and on the brightest setting all day and the native battery remains at 100%. The Primo keeps my Tab running for a solid eight hours with extremely heavy use and only then does the Tab's battery get tapped. If you're a moderate user, this battery could last you a few days easily. Asthetically, it's almost a gorgeous art piece. It's sleek, with a black sexy shell and a mirrored face. Bright indicator lights keep you informed of remaining battery life. Simple on/off slider on the side. If you want to us this to charge a phone, you'd certainly be able to charge it many times over without having to charge this battery.

Be weary of other batteries claiming to be compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I bought two others that claimed to work and they did not.

I couldn't be happier with this battery!

5Priomo Power Core
By Backcountry Don
I have a Moto Droid with a 1400 mah battery. I charged the phone with this battery (from the package..factory charged Primo) over the course of a week with the following results:

1. phone charged 30% to full (3 lights remaining on Primo);
2. phone charged 20% to full (2 lights remaining on Primo);
3. phone charged 20% to full (2 lights remaining on Primo);
4. phone charged 10% to full (1 light remaining on Primo);
5. phone charged 5% to full (No lights remaining on Primo).

Fantastic product and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs 5v and 12v power away from the grid for small accessories. I plan to take the Primo on multiday backpacking and canoe trips. The 12v power option is a key feature which led me to this product over less expensive alternatives. The 12v output has enough power to run a flourescent underwater fish light and LED spotlight.
