Turned out to be exactly what my Husband needed to keep his ipad charged on long trips and plane rides. This thing is amazing. Stays charged for a long time and quickly charges ipad and iPhones up to 2 devices at a time. It's a bit heavy and a little bulky but totally perfect for a carry on bag just not so much a pocket or purse.

POWERFUL

This holds a lot of power for several charges of my Droid. I found it does drain much faster when supporting my droid when playing videos or left plugged in longer than the charge needed. Not a pocket item this is big and heavy best for carrying in a briefcase or backpack. Light indicator is good for knowing charge levels.

Mixed experience

The first product shipped to me did not work at all. Returned it quite easily (thanks amazon) for another of the same model and this one works as advertised. The built in plug in feature IS WHAT SOLD ME RATHER THAN YET ANOTHER POWER SUPPLY TO TRAVEL WITH. I would recommend but obviously the non-functioning first unit is reason to take pause in terms of quality issues.
