Love it!

Was scared for this product due to other reviews but I have had no problems with it at all and my phone literally lasts me all day and night!!! No worrying about plugging it in 2-3 times a day anymore! The only issue I have is taking the bottom piece off for playing songs in my car through my USB cable but its really not hard at all to take off or put on!
It does scratch easily but it's a case and all cases do that! It is very thin and not too bulky at all! I have had no issues with it and continue to love it!

Nice size, changes everything

The Helium is a lighter weight, smaller profile than other Mophie packs. It adds about 80% more battery life. The instructions say to get the most life, wait until the phone is at 20% then turn on the pack. I've used it both ways, and it is a game changer. I do not use it all the time, because during the week my iPhone 5 is in a car charging cradle and at work, in a desktop charger. On the weekends, however, this is my go-to case. Lasts a long time, and there's not that fear of running out of juice.
The micro USB charges the case or both the case and phone if the phone is attached. 4 lights on the back let you know how much charge is left.
The case charges quickly, too!
Pros: above
Cons: short micro USB cable, and Mophie does not appear to sell a longer one. I picked up a USB extension cable on Amazon for under $10 and it solved that problem. In a perfect world, it would have a lightning connector in the center of the bottom, but the micro USB is not really a problem.

Mophie juice Pack

Works great, Thin and easy to use.
Don't like having to use adapter for earphone jack, it's something you need to remember to take, for a guy that's hard to do. Extra charging cords are only 6:00 bucks.
