Best Bike Mount for iPhone 4/4s available

IMHO this hands-down is the best bike mount out there. I ride a GT Force 1.0 full suspension 26" Mountain Bike. So far it has held on and held up well. It's darn near impossible for your phone to come off, but they include a lanyard for that extra bit of safety margin.
The mounting bracket is a beatiful piece of craftsmanship. Though I prefer everything to be flat black, the metalic blue color doesn't bother me and it does spur conversation when people see it without the phone attached. The phone mounts very snuggly into the 1/4 turn mount, pretty much the perfect amount of interferance fit. Additionally, the mount and the phone case both have a rare earth magnet in them which align over each other when the phone is twisted into place, which gaurantees that sucker won't move when a root pounds you into the ground. The case is made of a rigid plastic. The phone slides into it nicely, no play but not a tight fit. I have a screen protector on my iPhone 4 and its fits fine. The case does extend a little bit above the sceen surface so it does do a good job of protecting the screen if dropped. Make sure you use one of the case locking clips or the lanyard when riding or else you will stand a good chance of your phone spitting itself out of the case. They give you 4 clips in case you lose one; they are clear so be careful where you remove it so you can find it because they can go flying when pryed out.
I think this whole system was well thought out and manufactured with good quality control. About the only negative that I can think of is that the rigid case doesn't absorb much impact when dropped, it will transfer energy to the phone, however for this system to work it has to be made of a rigid material, so this is really a moot point. I buy a ton of stuff off amazon, but I did not purchase this system from Amazon. I purchased this kit from an online Bicycle Specialty Shop for $77 that was offering free shipping for a $99 purchase and I needed some chain lube and other things anyway. This thing is great, get one and you won't be disappointed. Plus other mounting accessories are available making the phone case very versatle.

I ride a road bike and used to have a topeak which is similar to this. I actually prefer this bike mount over the other, I can use it with all my other mounts from my car windshield to the other sticky mounts that have in other places. Like the other review the lanyard gives it that extra little security, I have laid my bike down with this on there and it was solid nothing came off or moved. Very secure.

Smart design, with the addition of the magnet on the back of the phone case, which prevents any vibrating while cycling. Also allows easy viewing of your cycling app!
